Hi there!!!

In 4th grade we studied the parts of our school. We practiced the vocabulary and we made a school map of Les Arenes. After that we recorded a video of the children explaining what are the parts of our school.

The very hungry caterpillar

Hello P4!!!

We’ve met a new friend: the CATERPILLAR!

We’ve enjoyed a lot with it. We’ve talked about its colours (it’s RED and GREEN) and we’ve learned new vocabulary with the lovely story of “The very hungry caterpillar”.

Moreover, we’ve danced and sang a song about the “hungry caterpillars”.

Hello 2^nd graders!

During these months we’ve been learning about PETS! 

Here you can see some pictures about the different activities that we have done.

1) BINGO GAME about pets

2) MATCHING-WORD ACTIVITY (in groups we’ve to match the word with the correct image)

3) WRITING ACTIVITIES (we’ve been learning how to write the vocabulary correctly)

We’ve also learned about the pets with the song “I have a pet”. Here you can listen to it again!

Moreover, we’ve read the story “ROOM ON THE BROOM” and even we’ve dared to represent the story!! We are very good actors!

The body parts

Hi 1^st graders!

These months in English class we were learning about THE PARTS OF THE BODY. We practise the names of our body parts with some games:

1) MR POTATOE: with him we reviewed some vocabulary of the face like eyes, ears, mouth…

              

 2) DICE GAME: it’s an easy game; we just rolled the dice and touched the part of the body that appeared on it. We really enjoyed!

3) BINGO OF THE BODY PARTS

             

4) STICKERS GAME: the rules were to stick a post-it in the correct body part.

Besides, we sang some songs to review the vocabulary. Here you can enjoy the songs again:

•  One Little Finger SONG
• Head Shoulders Knees and Toes SONG

Lastly, we created our own monsters with different numbers of arms, eyes, ears… They were fantastic!
